Q: How long will my order take to ship?

A: Expect dispatch within one-two weeks.

Q: I ordered international, but shipping was too much! What should I do?

A: Email [email protected], and I'll refund you the shipping difference until I get better ideas for average shipping to each country.

Q: I have unsolicited materials, are y'all accepting them at this time?

A: Sure, email links to [email protected]. For physical submissions, email me and I'll give you the contact address. 

Q: Refunds?

A: If the item is defective, sure. Damage incurred in shipping is not my responsibility. I've been shipping tapes, records, and CDs for at least 6 years, I know how to package them right.
